REFUND & RETURN POLICY

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through ImprintGoods, LLC (“ImprintGoods”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) via https://imprintgoods.com (the “Site”). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Because ImprintGoods specializes in custom-made and personalized products, all sales are considered final except as expressly stated below.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Incorrect information provided by the customer
Design approval errors made by the customer
Color variations caused by screen or monitor differences
Delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control
Once production has started, an order cannot be canceled or modified.
2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
Refunds or replacements are only issued if:
The product has a manufacturing defect
The product was damaged during production
The order was produced incorrectly due to an error made by ImprintGoods
We do not provide refunds or replacements for issues caused by customer-submitted artwork, incorrect sizes, incorrect quantities, or incorrect shipping information.
3. Reporting a Problem
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
Provide clear photographic evidence of the defect or error
Include your order number and a description of the issue
Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
4. Our Resolution Process
Once your claim is received and reviewed, ImprintGoods will:
Inspect the evidence provided
Determine whether the issue qualifies under this policy
If approved, we will, at our discretion:
Replace the defective product at no additional cost, or
Issue a partial or full refund to the original payment method
Refunds are processed only after approval and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a replacement is approved due to an error by ImprintGoods, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement.
If the issue is not our responsibility, all shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
6. Damaged Packages During Shipping
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
Take photos of the packaging and the product immediately
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Approval is subject to the carrier’s investigation and resolution.
7. Order Approval Responsibility
Before production, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving:
Design proofs
Spellings, colors, placement, and sizing
Once approved, ImprintGoods is not responsible for any errors that were visible in the final proof.
8. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve an issue may result in:
Suspension of future services
Permanent restriction from placing new orders
We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly so we can resolve any concerns professionally and efficiently.
9. Policy Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting on the Site.
