Because our products are custom-made, shipping times depend on production schedules and order volume.
1. Processing & Production Time
All ImprintGoods products are custom-manufactured. Production begins only after:
Payment has been successfully processed
Design proofs (if applicable) have been approved by the customer
Production times vary depending on the product and order size. Estimated production times will be communicated during the ordering process but are not guaranteed.
Production time does not include shipping time.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship orders using trusted third-party carriers such as:
UPS
FedEx
USPS
DHL
or other logistics providers as needed.
Shipping method selection and cost depend on:
Destination
Package size and weight
Shipping speed selected at checkout
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
Order size
Weight
Destination
Chosen shipping method
All shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and begin once the order has shipped, not when the order is placed.
ImprintGoods is not responsible for delays caused by:
Shipping carriers
Weather conditions
Customs clearance
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Events beyond our reasonable control
5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:
A shipping confirmation email
A tracking number
Tracking updates depend on the carrier’s system and availability.
6. Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
ImprintGoods is not responsible for:
Packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error
Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details
If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
7. International Shipping
We may offer international shipping. For international orders:
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees
ImprintGoods is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
We do not guarantee delivery times for international shipments
Customs policies vary by country and are beyond our control.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
ImprintGoods is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but claimed as lost or stolen.
We strongly recommend:
Shipping to secure locations
Monitoring tracking information closely
If a package is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier, we will assist you in filing a claim, but replacement or refund is subject to the carrier’s resolution.
9. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
Take clear photos of the packaging and product immediately
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may void your claim.
10. Partial Shipments
ImprintGoods reserves the right to ship orders in multiple packages if necessary. You may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
11. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is:
Refused by the recipient
Returned as undeliverable
The customer will be responsible for:
Original shipping charges
Return shipping fees
Any reshipping costs
No refunds will be issued for refused or undeliverable packages.
12. Policy Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on the Site.
