Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Due to the custom-made nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Orders and Payments

You grant ImprintGoods a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted materials solely to fulfill your order and, unless requested otherwise, for portfolio or marketing purposes.

You agree to indemnify ImprintGoods from claims arising from submitted content.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. ImprintGoods is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier.

9. Refunds and Returns

Due to the custom-manufactured nature of our products:

Refunds or replacements are limited to manufacturing defects or errors caused by ImprintGoods

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt with supporting evidence.
